Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to commercial litigation attorneys
Draft, revise, and format pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
File documents in State and Federal courts and manage deadlines and calendars
Coordinate hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
Maintain case files, both electronic and hard copy
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Prior experience supporting commercial litigation attorneys
Strong knowledge of court filings, deadlines, and litigation procedures in both State and Federal courts
Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
