Customer Service/Order Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders and product allocations from entry through fulfillment
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
Maintain and update order information within internal systems
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Conduct data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel
Process orders using SAP (preferred but not required)
Identify and escalate customer issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Foster a positive team environment while supporting excellent customer experience
Proactively engage with customers to educate them on processes and available service offerings

Qualification

Required

0–3 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong computer proficiency, including Windows applications; advanced Excel skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including prior phone-based customer interaction
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and supportive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred

Prior experience with order processing is preferred
Experience with SAP (preferred)
Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
