Responsibilities
Own and manage the full AP function in a high-growth environment
Lead the transition of AP systems from Stampli to Ramp
Ensure accurate accruals, reconciliations, and clean AP close
Shorten the AP close cycle and maintain timely weekly check runs
Partner closely with the Controller and CFO on process design and controls
Support acquisition integrations and evolving accounting infrastructure
Prepare for future people leadership; AP Specialist likely to be added
Qualification
Required
3–4+ years of accounts payable experience
Comfortable stepping into a manager-level role
Experience with Sage Intacct; Stampli and/or Ramp strongly preferred
Exposure to AP integrations and process improvement initiatives
Easy-going, entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in a lean environment
Preferred
