Business Analyst (Non-IT) 3

The Business Analyst 3 role is responsible for monitoring tariff updates, analyzing financial impacts, and providing communication across global steel teams while supporting project management activities.

Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and analyze financial impacts of all changes to Scope 3 and Scope 4 tariffs
Develop and maintain accurate reporting to support weekly and monthly business reviews
Lead and coordinate project management activities related to tariff impacts across multiple categories
Communicate analysis, forecasts, and updates to teams and leadership with clarity and accuracy
Collaborate with the Steel, Steel Components, and Wear/Ground Engaging category teams to support strategic decision-making
Perform accounting and financial analysis on tariff-related impacts (approximately 60% of role)
Execute project coordination responsibilities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met (approximately 30%)
Support administrative and report-out activities (approximately 10%)
Work independently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to a highly collaborative team structure
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
Strong business acumen in accounting and/or financial modeling
Effective project management abilities with proven success meeting deadlines
Clear and professional communication skills suited for team-level and leadership-level interaction
Data analysis
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with Power BI
Strong communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
