Business Development Associate

Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and strategic follow-up on inbound leads
Engage senior decision-makers across life sciences and healthcare organizations to understand business challenges and priorities
Qualify prospects and collaborate with sales executives to advance opportunities toward close
Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build informed outreach strategies
Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within your assigned territory
Support active deals by contributing insights, coordinating next steps, and helping drive momentum through the sales cycle
Accurately document activities, opportunities, and progress within Salesforce
Achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue-influencing targets aligned to quarterly goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Comfort engaging senior-level stakeholders via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar tool) and MS Office Suite
Preferred
Degree in sciences
Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar tool) and MS Office Suite
Selling Software and Services into the Life Science and/or pharmaceutical sectors
