Marketing and Sales Manager

They are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing and Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships, responsible for developing and executing marketing, business development, and sales activities.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth
Identify, pursue, and qualify new and existing business opportunities with public and private sector clients
Support leadership in client presentations and contract pursuits
Lead the development, writing, design, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, SOQs, and proposals
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and leadership
Ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, and aligned with brand and messaging standards
Develop marketing materials to improve efficiency and consistency
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
Manage marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media
Identify and implement new marketing to increase visibility, lead generation, and brand awareness
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain and strengthen the firm’s brand identity across all marketing and sales channels
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new service opportunities
Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and messaging for target markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing and sales
Demonstrated experience writing, organizing, and designing RFPs and technical proposals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (websites, email marketing, social media, analytics)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with consulting engineering services
Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and engineering consulting proposals
Experience with CRM systems and proposal management software
