Responsibilities
Manage product development timelines and calendars
Coordinate the review process of incoming samples
Partner with Product Development, Merchant, and Planning teams to provide clear and timely product status updates
Track and manage the development of new finishes and assist in managing finish libraries and coding
Attend set-up for wholesale tradeshows, supporting the Visual Merchandising team as needed
Prepare professional, branded presentations for internal and external customer use
Provide administrative support for Product Development, including accurate data entry and tracking of new developments in the product lifecycle management (PLM) system
Manage the speed-to-market process of adding new finishes and fabrics to existing products
Travel a minimum of 1 trip per year for tradeshows
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in product development, design coordination, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Design or relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel a minimum of 1 trip per year for tradeshows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must be willing to travel as needed
Preferred
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
