The role involves reviewing loans for accuracy and compliance, making necessary updates, and processing conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Work rush files requiring corrections within 24 hours
Review 40–50 loans/day for accuracy and compliance
Make updates related to cash‑to‑close, DTI, seller credits, and loan restructuring
Apply Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines to all file changes
Review credit reports, bank statements, and borrower documentation
Add loan conditions and collaborate with branch operations
Process approximately 130 conditions/day in a fast‑paced environment
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
Experience reviewing and adjusting loan files
Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, detail‑driven setting
Preferred
Mortgage operations or processing experience preferred
