Responsibilities
Maintain accounting records and perform monthly bank reconciliation for the Morale Welfare and Recreation Fund, Donations Fund, Enterprise Fund, and Resident's Trust Fund
Be the lead over the Accounting staff and be the liaison with Headquarters Accounting Staff
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of a live scan and a pre-employment physical (including drug testing for certain civil service classifications) will be required
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position
Military service must be included in the Employment History section of the Employment Applications (STD. 678)
The application package must include documentation of discharge, appropriate to the branch of service
The documentation must reflect a discharge/release under conditions other than dishonorable
Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or LEAP eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have SROA and/or Surplus eligibility (please attach your letter, if available)
