Customer Service Representative
Envalior is a company dedicated to shaping the future of high-performance materials. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will manage customer sales orders, maintain customer relationships, and ensure efficient order processing.

Responsibilities
Process and manage customer sales orders, ensuring material availability, correct pricing, and accurate data entry into the ERP system
Monitor and track open orders, communicate shipping updates or delays to customers, and coordinate with logistics and planning teams as necessary
Handle customer returns, replacements, and complaints, ensuring effective communication and documentation
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, product management, logistics, finance, and supply chain management
Maintain and update customer data, process credit approvals, manage pricing updates, and handle vendor-managed inventory orders
Support financial processes, including issuing credit/debit memos, consignment reconciliation, and working with finance teams to manage account balances
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office Experience Required
Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Sales Experience preferred
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred
Experience in Plastics/ Chemical manufacturing a plus
