Program Facilitator
Integration International Inc. is seeking a Program Facilitator to provide administrative and operational support for continuing education and executive education programs. The role involves delivering customer service, managing program data, and coordinating classroom logistics.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for continuing education and executive education programs
Deliver high-quality customer service to participants, faculty, instructors, and institutional stakeholders
Support on-campus and virtual classrooms , including AV setup, Zoom session management, and real-time technical support
Manage program data using Excel/Google Sheets; assist with registration, admissions, evaluations, and reporting
Prepare program materials (handouts, binders, name tags, table tents) and secure copyright permissions
Coordinate classroom logistics including catering, room setup, and event support
Assist with continuing education credits and program assessments
Take meeting notes and prepare summary documentation as needed
Support special events, including early/late hours when required
Qualification
Required
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
Experience with Zoom and virtual classroom tools; Slack familiarity preferred
High school diploma required
