Responsibilities
Conducting capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize production workflows
Performing span reduction analysis to streamline processes and reduce waste
Conducting throughput analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize production rates
Analyzing and reducing Hours Per Unit (HPU) to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations
Creating and maintaining discrete event simulation models and developing dashboards to track key performance indicators
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Strong background in Industrial Engineering
Experience in using discrete event simulation modeling to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
Conducting capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize production workflows

Preferred
Experience in aerospace defense industry
Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes
Tableau / SQL / Python / Data Analytics experience
