Digital and Influencer Marketing Manager
Lele Sadoughi is seeking a Digital and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead their digital content channels and develop influencer marketing strategies. The role involves managing a team, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to optimize sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
Lead all digital content channels (email, social, paid, events, collaborations) by managing a team of a graphic designer, e-comm merchandiser, and social to create calendar of upcoming launches and promotions
Develop influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for clients, including building targeted outreach lists, managing ShopMy for the brand, and coordinating with influencers and content creators on campaign deliverables
Identify KPls and track performance metrics for online business activities. Utilize these key insights to guide business strategies and decisions
Plan quarterly photoshoot with in house photographer. Styling is a plus
Liason with third party marketing firms to deliver ads to maximize ROI
Partner with relevant teams across the organization including planning team to optimize sales
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience across e-commerce and digital marketing with a strong background in project management
Able to wear multiple hats and function well on a small, nimble, proactive team
Experience with Google Analytics, Clayvio, and Shopify for targeting and segmentation
Knowledge of all digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
