Responsibilities

Utilize provided objectives to ensure training material meets objective criteria

Create, maintain, and update lesson plans as needed

Collaborate on existing training programs and blended learning implementation strategies; creation and maintenance of lesson plans and course material as needed

Provide quality assurance/control on design plans and instructional materials; creating professional level presentation materials

Instruct on a lesson-by-lesson basis, regularly participate in meetings requiring close interactions with various stakeholders; performing needs and/or assessment gap analysis to determine training needs; tracking work and schedules to ensure that work is completed with scheduling parameters and producing quality results in a fast paced and constantly changing program

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Minimum of six (6) years in the use of adult learning theories, methods, strategies, best practices, and techniques of instructional curriculum development and evaluations to assist in the development and delivery of lessons utilized in multiple courses

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in curriculum development with documented experience in the development and delivery of instructor-led training, or 6 years of experience with a Master's degree related to ISD
