Regional Sales Manager
Breezeway Corporation International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to coordinate and drive territory equipment and service sales activities in the Municipal Water & Wastewater market across the western U.S. The role involves supporting local sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales growth through extensive travel and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and drive territory equipment and service sales activities in the Municipal Water & Wastewater market across the western U.S
Support local sales strategies, conduct field trials and product demonstrations, manage key accounts, develop accurate quotations, analyze customer needs and pricing, and resolve complex startup issues
Achieve sales growth, margin, and order intake targets, and contribute to overall business success
Qualification
Required
5–15+ years of relevant experience in municipal water/wastewater, separation technologies, or capital equipment sales
Deep knowledge of sales processes, customer organizations, competitive landscapes, negotiation, deal-closing, and CRM tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or in teams
Willingness to travel 50-70%
Preferred
A degree in Engineering or Business
