Customer Service Representative
Imperial Dade is the leading independently owned and operated distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies in North America. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers and sales representatives, process orders, and provide information in response to inquiries.

Responsibilities
Answer phones in a polite, professional, and courteous manner
Use data entry skills to accurately enter order information into computer
Contact Sales Reps to clarify order requests
Review previous order history to clarify ambiguity of order requests
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Perform quality control and notify appropriate party if an order issue arises
Generate Order Acknowledgments
Address potential problems in processing
Re-distribute requests to different departments
Develop understanding of Imperial Dade products and commonly used acronyms
Meet production and accuracy standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Customer service experience
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software
Data entry experience
Excellent communication skills
An eager attitude to help others
