As a Supply Chain Intern, you will develop skills in supply chain management while contributing to optimization efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Support supply chain optimization for new and existing products through end-to-end ownership in a cross-functional setting
Assist in cross-functional team meetings and generate meeting minutes
Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine root cause, develop mitigations and corrective and preventative actions for supply chain related issues
Evaluate products and processes to identify improvements for quality, efficiency, and cost reduction
Exercise judgment, with guidance, within generally defined practices and policies to select methods and techniques for problem solving
Ensure project deliverables meet applicable standards, regulations, and procedures
Align, inspire, and engage cross-functional team members in each project with a one team, one-win mindset
Support meetings with all involved cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and prevent production issues
Support project management activities by tracking progress and ensuring timely execution
Assist in collecting and analyzing supply chain data to support informed decision-making
Assist in developing and updating supply chain documentation
Support Johnson & Johnson Credo activities by engaging in local community events and charities, fostering a credo-based culture

Preferred

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related Field
Eagerness and willingness to develop new skills and learn new processes
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and provide insights
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
