Responsibilities
Order and review medical records and other relevant documents and summarize them for attorney review
Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant case information while maintaining clear and organized client files
Prepare and file complaints, petitions, and other legal documents
Complete and submit necessary No-Fault paperwork and applications
Draft Bills of Particulars and Settlement Demand packages
Handle all case e-filing and CMO calendar management
Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal in New York
Strong understanding of personal injury case procedures, including pre-suit and litigation
Familiarity with e-filing on NYSCEF
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Preferred
Experience e-filing on PACER
