Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience
Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects
Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Angular, PCF, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects
Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies
Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool
Good Communication
Team Lead experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location

Overall 10+ Years of IT Experience
Hands-on Coding in current projects
