Responsibilities

Own AvSight’s accounting integrations end to end, including Accounting Seed, QuickBooks Online, Sage/Intacct, and future partners
Serve as AvSight’s primary internal and external point of contact for accounting integration partners
Proactively identify integration gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, driving alignment across Services, Product, and Support
Define, document, and continuously improve best practices for accounting integrations to support scalability and consistency
Act as a trusted internal advisor on accounting integration strategy, partner capabilities, and recommended improvements
Own the financial integration workstream for new customer implementations, from discovery through post–go-live support
Configure financial integrations within AvSight in accordance with GAAP and industry best practices
Deliver training on financial integrations to customer accounting and finance teams
Lead customers through pilot testing, go-live readiness, and the first month-end close
Collaborate with implementation specialists to ensure customer action items, dependencies, and timelines are clearly defined and met
Lead discovery sessions to assess customer needs, pain points, and accounting workflows
Support scope definition and proposal development for accounting-related professional services
Design and deliver customized financial and management reporting solutions
Review customer financial configurations to identify best practices, efficiencies, and risk areas
Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating issues that may impact scope, timeline, or customer outcomes
Coordinate and facilitate customer meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, action items, and next steps
Leverage deep aviation aftermarket and financial systems expertise to inform AvSight’s product direction
Provide structured feedback to Product and Development teams based on customer experience, partner capabilities, and market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accounting functionality is scalable, well-documented, and aligned with broader product capabilities
Contribute to the long-term vision of AvSight’s financial systems and integrations
Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and integration partners
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex topics as appropriate
Identify and promote customer success stories, lessons learned, and best practices
Contribute thought leadership through webinars, internal enablement, or customer-facing content
Maintain clear, organized documentation of customer configurations, decisions, issues, and resolutions
Provide regular updates on customer health, risks, and progress
Ensure all customer interactions, notes, and project tracking are accurately maintained in Salesforce
Contribute to a culture of customer success, ownership, and continuous improvement

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer presence and relationship management abilities
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments
Proven initiative in defining processes, standards, or structure without relying on prescriptive direction
Comfort acting as an owner and decision-maker within a cross-functional organization
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial role within the aviation aftermarket industry
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Preferred

Prior experience teaching, coaching, or training preferred
Active CPA license strongly preferred
Preferred Certifications (AvSight will support certification pursuit if needed): Accounting Seed Administrator, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant
