Responsibilities
Manage procurement of non-production supplies and maintenance-related services
Maintain accurate parts room inventory and bin levels
Keep parts room clean, organized, and audit-ready
Process requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and related documentation
Partner with Maintenance and Operations to meet delivery and service expectations
Track and report MRO KPIs related to speed of service and inventory performance
Support sourcing and cost-reduction initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
Coordinate bulk truck and rail car scheduling
Uphold Oil-Dri’s WE CARE values and safety standards
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inventory management, MRO procurement, or maintenance support experience
Experience with ERP systems and CMMS
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Technical aptitude with mechanical parts and equipment
High integrity and attention to detail
Preferred
Manufacturing or plant environment experience strongly preferred
College degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain a plus
Non-degreed candidates with strong MRO or plant operations experience encouraged
