Responsibilities
Support revenue growth with sales activities across direct and distribution channels
Provide timely, professional customer service support to customers and distribution partners, including orders, product inquiries, and follow-up communication
Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts, including lead follow-up, account support, and nurturing prospective customers
Help maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and distribution partners by understanding their needs and ensuring a positive experience
Collect and share customer feedback, questions, and insights with sales and marketing teams to support continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities within CRM and internal systems
Assist in monitoring sales activity and reporting trends, opportunities, and customer feedback to leadership
Contribute to creating positive customer experiences through consistent communication
Collaborate cross-functionally to support a customer-focused, growth-oriented culture across the organization
Assist with support for conferences, trade shows, and marketing initiatives, including lead follow-up and customer outreach
Qualification
Required
Sales professional with prior experience selling veterinary products
Relationship management
Strategic selling skills
Self-motivated with a desire to be part of a unique start-up environment
Proven ability to drive sales
Applied Science Degree, Bachelor in Health Sciences or Bachelor Degree with Business Focus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
CRM experience
Team-focused and willingness to support the team in a variety of ways
Enthusiasm and sincerity
