They are seeking a high-potential Front-End Developer Intern to work directly with the founders in building the core matching interface, ideal for a senior student or recent grad with experience in complex applications.

Responsibilities
Implement responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS
Contribute to client-side state management and data fetching patterns (React Query, Context, or similar)
Build the front-end logic that powers our matching engine, ensuring data remains synced and the UI stays reactive
Fully integrate into our Agile/Scrum workflow. You will be expected to own your tasks, participate in deep-dive code reviews, and meet weekly sprint goals
Work closely with design and backend teams to ensure seamless feature delivery
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Candidates must reside on the West Coast (PST)
Candidates must provide a GitHub profile and a portfolio demonstrating complex state management, custom hooks, and high-quality TypeScript implementation
Candidates must be available for a live, remote technical interview via Google Meet or Zoom
Candidates must have substantial experience building and deploying web applications
Candidates must be highly proficient in React (Hooks/Functional Components), TypeScript (Strict Typing), and Tailwind CSS
Candidates must be available for a mandatory weekly meeting on Thursdays from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM PST
