Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in loan origination including Reverse/Conventional loan programs
Must be a team player in a fast-paced work environment
Highly organized with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving ability
Outstanding service oriented and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficient computer skills
Strong knowledge in underwriting and assessing financial information to determine borrower eligibility
Proven ability to stay compliant with federal and state lending regulations
Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (NLMS) license
Preferred
Experience with Encompass and Reverse Vision is a plus
Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
