Responsibilities
Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery
Define and implement quality metrics and establish key customer and partner quality expectations
Coordinate the execution of a major Angular front-end upgrade across distributed development teams
Design, build, and validate automated testing frameworks and write sample tests to ensure comprehensive coverage
Develop and maintain shared dashboards that visualize test results and quality metrics
Align testing workflows with product modernization efforts and ensure integration with updated automation systems
Report on project status, investigate issues, and validate tools to keep initiatives on-track
Install builds, validate environments, and perform hands-on troubleshooting to verify work quality
Coordinate with offshore developers and internal engineers to drive project execution and validation efforts
Proactively synthesize technical details and validate deliverables rather than relying solely on status reports
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of program management experience in technical or engineering environments
Demonstrated hands-on experience with automated testing systems and quality metrics
Prior experience with environment setup, validation, and technical troubleshooting
Program management with 5–7 years of experience in engineering environments
Hands-on technical capability including environment setup, build installation, and validation
Automated testing framework design and implementation
Quality metrics definition and data visualization
Understanding of testing frameworks and testing strategy development
Ability to work with AI-assisted development tools
Strong technical communication and ability to explain implementation details and technical reasoning
Proactive problem investigation and troubleshooting skills
Coordination of distributed and offshore development teams
Preferred
Background in systems, OS, storage, or network environments
Experience with systems, operating systems, storage, or network environments
