Responsibilities

Design and implement the end-to-end GDC foundational framework: governance model, operating procedures, KPIs, workforce planning, and knowledge management systems
Lead greenfield site launches across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM—ensuring operational readiness, infrastructure setup, and alignment with global standards
Develop repeatable playbooks for onboarding, service transition, and center-of-excellence practices to enable rapid scaling (200–500+ resources)
Orchestrate end-to-end transition of IT service catalogues (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, Security) into GDC locations
Partner with Senior Directors and Managing Directors across IT towers to ensure seamless service transfer, documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge base development
Serve as the executive point of contact for global delivery expansion initiatives
Drive cross-functional alignment between corporate leadership, regional stakeholders, and local GDC teams
Influence resourcing strategy, performance standards, and delivery expectations at the Director/MD level
Establish global performance metrics, reporting cadence, and continuous improvement programs across all GDCs
Embed automation, standardization, and ITIL best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and client-centric delivery

Required

10+ years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, global shared services, or managed services environments
Proven track record standing up and scaling multi-regional Global Delivery Centers (EMEA/APAC/LATAM) with 200–500+ resource ramp-ups
Deep understanding of professional services operating models, governance, and client delivery expectations
Expertise in enterprise IT operations across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Applications
Strong command of ITIL frameworks, multi-tower integration, and global service delivery standards
Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills; ability to engage confidently with Directors and Managing Directors
Fluency in professional English (verbal and written); experience operating in complex, multinational environments

Preferred

Experience with nearshore/offshore delivery models and labor arbitrage strategies
PMP, ITIL v4, or COBIT certifications
Background supporting professional services or audit/tax/advisory firms
