Spencer Ogden is partnering with a leading U.S. renewable energy developer to hire a Senior Project Manager for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. This role entails overseeing end-to-end project execution, including managing EPC contracts, budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage and administer all aspects of EPC contracts from execution through project close-out
Lead projects to Mechanical, Substantial, and Final Completion
Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and risk management
Lead and mentor project managers and site teams
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and legal teams
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and long-lead equipment procurement
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contractual notices
Ensure compliance with permits, regulations, and safety requirements
Support interconnection agreements, substations, and grid coordination
Manage punch list completion and turnover to Asset Management and O&M

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
12+ years of experience in renewables, industrial, or commercial construction
5+ years in a supervisory or project leadership role
Strong EPC contract and construction management experience
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar project budgets
Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience with substations and grid interconnection
Spanish language skills
