Responsibilities
Display good salesmanship and positive customer interactions
Help manage the sales floor and back of house functions
Act as fill in store management
Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers
Work with other store associates to keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing
Process sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner
Stand and/or move around for extended periods of time
Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally
Lift up to 40 lbs
Qualification
Required
Previous leadership experience
18 years or older
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers
Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing
Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner
Stand and/ or move around for extended periods of time
Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
