Responsibilities
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase requisition, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
Interfaces internally with employees and co-workers to determine exactness of materials/services received, Purchase Orders placed, and invoice matches PO and items or services received
Create/Maintain accurate vendor master data
Maintain records for audits
Ensures W-9s to prepare and submit 1099s
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Bank and Credit Card account reconciliations
Maintaining historical records
Review and verifying Employee expense reports and preparing pay for the Employee after approval
Paying vendors by scheduling pay ACH/WIRE and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable
Knowledge of Eclipse ERP System
Knowledge of Excel, understand spreadsheets
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase requisition, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
Interfaces internally with employees and co-workers to determine exactness of materials/services received
Purchase Orders placed, and invoice matches PO and items or services received
