Responsibilities
Maintaining Froedtert & MCW’s Identity and Access Management environment
Providing technical expertise in supporting access management tools
Administering identity lifecycle processes across multiple operating systems and platforms
Developing and enforcing IAM security policies and procedures
Managing and resolving access-related incidents, requests, and changes through the ServiceNow ticketing system
Ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented fulfillment in accordance with established service levels and compliance requirements
Working closely with technical teams and business partners to ensure secure, efficient access to systems and data while protecting the organization’s information assets
Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and effectively managing workload, priorities, and assigned ticket queues
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years of relevant security administration experience is required
Knowledge of computer principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required
Advanced knowledge of IT concepts including: risk, cybersecurity, governance, compliance, operating systems, databases, networking, application and web technologies
Exceptional computer skills utilizing and supporting MS Office and MS Exchange/Outlook
Ability to communicate with all levels of organization and vendors
Ability to develop and follow department policies, standards, procedures and guidelines for Identity and Access Management activities
Demonstrated skills in project management, teamwork, critical thinking, and continuous process improvement
Maintain a professional level of both written and oral communications
Preferred
HIGHLY prefer experience in Identity and Access Management
Experience administering automated provisioning / identity lifecycle management systems preferred
Experience Administering Privileged Access Management (PAM) Solutions Preferred
Demonstrated experience working in an IT service management (ITSM) environment, including managing incidents, requests, and changes in ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system
Experience In a Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred
