Customer Service Manager / Customer Experience Manager
Viking Chemical Company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee their Customer Service Representatives. The role involves managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and implementing strategies for enhancing the Customer Experience journey.

Responsibilities
Manage Customer Service Department personnel and their daily operations
Manage spot and formal quotes through email and ERP system
Oversee resolution of customer issues
Manage price confirmation process with Viking Sales staff
Setup and maintain new Customer Files and Customer Product Files
Manage office and printer supplies
Assist with CoA, SDS, and label template management
Track and analyze Customer Service goals and strategies
Qualification
Required
3-4 years prior customer service experience
1-2 years prior management experience
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Sound problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Individual must be a strong team player
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Associated Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Prior knowledge of ERP and CRM system
