Responsibilities
Drive a culture high performance and change management through developing talent, engagement, and D&I initiatives
To work in conjunction with and build excellent relationships with fellow Field Service Leaders to provide a consistent approach for Field Service Applications
To assist in improving customer service experience using Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and Voice of the Customer (VOC)
Take ownership of customer issues, escalating if necessary. This includes regular communication with internal and external customers where required
Analyze and provide statistics for Field Service Applications Team to improve objectives and set KPI’s
Recruit, mentor and develop Field Service Application Specialists using Workday portal and other tools
Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas highlighted for improvement using associated DBS tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in application support and deployment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
Proven experience in the diagnostics industry, with a strong understanding of diagnostic applications and systems
Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the diagnostics industry
Driving License and fluent in Italian and English
Ability to travel 50%
Preferred
A Master's degree is preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry with multiple examples of successfully leading complex projects with the ability to work independently and part of a team
Ability to “think out of the box” and express creative thinking and innovative ideas
Location: Flexible but in the region covered near an airport that allows ability to travel
