Responsibilities
Work with process owners to assess existing processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation, ensuring all modifications uphold SOX compliance and robust internal controls
Lead the design, implementation, and auditing of SOX ITGC, IPE, and ITACs
Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external audit teams
Ensure timely collection and organization of compliance documentation
Execute technology compliance activities, including risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, and security control testing
Identify, remediate, and monitor compliance gaps to drive continuous improvement
Develop, refine, and enforce IT compliance policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience with ITGC, IPE, and ITACs in a SOX compliance environment
Strong knowledge of SOX compliance frameworks and IT audit practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external auditors
