Sales Development Representative

BarCloud is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. The role focuses on scheduling product demonstrations through high-volume outbound cold calling to interested companies in inventory and asset management software.

Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound calls per day using provided call lists
Call companies that have shown interest and navigate to the right contact
Qualify prospects by asking structured questions and confirming fit
Schedule demos directly on Sales Engineers’ calendars
Track all outreach activity in the CRM (calls, notes, outcomes, follow-ups)
Follow up consistently via phone + email to maximize demo bookings
Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first approach

Required

2–3 years of cold calling / outbound SDR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and follow-up habits
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
General understanding of SaaS / B2B sales

Preferred

Familiarity with Apollo.io for contact research, list building, and prospecting is a plus
1–2 years of experience using a CRM (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Benefits

$250 end-of-month bonus after 90 days (performance-based)
