Responsibilities
Support strategic planning initiatives, including goal setting, KPI development, and performance tracking
Contribute to market or business segment strategy development
Lead or support the annual planning and budgeting process
Manage the forecasting process, including multi-period or rolling forecasts
Monitor and analyze key external indicators that influence business performance
Prepare executive-level presentations for senior leadership and board meetings
Oversee preparation and review of monthly financial reporting packages
Conduct pricing and profitability analysis in partnership with commercial or sales teams
Perform cost analysis to support operational decision-making
Analyze location or operational performance across business units or facilities
Provide working capital analysis, including support for credit and accounts payable functions
Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related financial due diligence
Perform competitive and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Evaluate capital investment proposals and prepare business case analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
6-8 years of financial, strategic, or operational experience in a related field
Experience in financial analysis or strategic planning
Project management experience
Exposure to enterprise performance management tools (e.g., BPC, Hyperion, or similar systems)
Demonstrated experience leading process improvements or efficiency initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to approximately 5%
