Senior Level, Lead/StaffINUIX LLC is seeking a seasoned Power Platform Solution Architect / Technical Lead to design, build, and govern enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps
Build and manage complex Power Automate flows for business process automation and integrations
Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Power Query
Develop enterprise-grade Dataverse data models, including custom tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules
Implement and manage Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
Define governance standards, environment strategies, DLP policies, connector usage, and licensing guidelines
Enable and support citizen development while maintaining security and compliance
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Logic Apps
Build and consume REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
Use On-Premises Data Gateway for hybrid integrations
Design and deploy Copilot Studio agents for Teams and enterprise use cases
Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and improve code quality
Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps
Build CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions
Manage solution packaging, versioning, deployments, and releases
Lead and mentor Power Platform developers
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide solution estimates, timelines, and delivery plans
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and best practice sessions
Act as Scrum Master / Technical Lead as required
