Manage all company social media channels
Plan and maintain monthly content calendar
Capture and edit photo/video content
Create graphics using Canva, Lightroom, etc
Design and update marketing collateral
Manage branded swag and inventory
Maintain consistent brand identity
Assist with proposal preparation
CRM updates, scheduling, and meeting prep
Support trade shows, events, and client meetings
Conduct industry/client research
Help manage calendars, deadlines, and invites
Balance multiple projects and communicate needs
Provide general marketing and BD support
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, BD, or coordination
Experience managing social media platforms
Ability to capture high-quality photo/video content
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Lightroom
Strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Proposal/RFP experience is a plus
Construction industry familiarity helpful but not required
