Risk and issue flagging

Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills in a matrix organization
Integrated project management experience
The ability to identify potential problems early
Competency to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Proficiency in Zoom
Proficiency in Teams
Minimum one to three years' experience in a fast-paced integrated PM support position
A work ethic that mirrors the organization's culture and values
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced integrated environment
Exercise sound judgement when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
