Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution for an Automation team of 4–6 engineers (mixed onshore/offshore, mixed skill levels)
Run daily huddles, manage workload prioritization, and keep multiple initiatives moving forward
Own delivery accountability: KPIs, dashboards, reporting, escalation triage, and assignment
Design and document workflows, process maps, and delivery artifacts (light architecture and data flow documentation)
Establish governance and best practices for scalable, secure automation solutions
Build and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases around Microsoft automation platforms
Support reporting and insights using BrightGauge and/or Power BI
Partner with leadership on automation strategy that supports efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth
Act as a translator between technical teams and business stakeholders—internally and externally
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Power Platform
Power Automate (flows)
Power Apps (app concepts, solution discussions, governance)
Ability to lead and guide others technically (not required to be the most technical person on the team)
3+ years in a technical analyst, systems analyst, automation, or AI-adjacent role
1+ year of people leadership or proven leadership through initiatives/projects
Strong communication skills—able to clearly explain what was built, why it matters, and how it works
Metrics-minded and organized; comfortable owning dashboards, reporting, and delivery cadence
Preferred
Copilot Studio, Azure AI / Cognitive Services
AI or automation solution deployment in real environments
CloudRadial administration or client-portal automation
Microsoft certifications (PL-200, AI-102, automation certs)
ITIL familiarity
