Responsibilities
Design and develop presentation templates, slide layouts, and visual components for PowerPoint
Create polished, on-brand designs that balance aesthetics, clarity, and functionality
Support experimental projects through asset creation and visual exploration
Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards
Deliver high-volume design output with fast turnaround times while maintaining quality
Translate concepts into high-quality visual designs across diverse styles
Explore and craft complex or unconventional design ideas to expand creative possibilities
Iterate quickly based on feedback to continuously improve design outcomes
Adapt to evolving guidelines and pivot as projects change in experimental environments
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of professional design experience required
Associate's degree in design or related field required
Portfolio demonstrating strong multi-page and PowerPoint design judgment required
Hands-on experience designing actual content and templates in PowerPoint specifically required
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and composition
Proven ability to design for presentations and multi-page formats
Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for template and content creation
Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Deep understanding of presentation layout, hierarchy, and visual quality
Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to design clear charts and tables
Ability to design within application constraints and technical limitations
Capacity to explore diverse visual styles and aesthetic approaches
Strong ability to take feedback constructively and iterate rapidly
Comfort operating in experimental spaces and shaping emerging standards
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Presentation or template creation experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience creating original templates from scratch
Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies
Comfort with modern AI tools and platforms, including image generation prompts
