Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination on client projects, enhancing overall sales strategies and customer service
Review design plans to generate accurate pricing estimates, focusing initially on learning our products and processes, with the opportunity to take on more complex tasks as you gain proficiency
Develop detailed proposals that include accurate pricing and technical specifications to aid contractors in their decision-making
Utilize selection software to design customized HVAC systems that meet the specific needs of engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Manage the entire order process, working with manufacturers to ensure timely processing and delivery of HVAC equipment while tracking orders and addressing any issues that arise
Implement a follow-up system to monitor order statuses, ensuring delivery within lead times and promptly resolving any delays
Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries to enhance satisfaction
Prepare documentation packets that detail on-site equipment specifications, maintenance guides, and operational instructions for effective project execution
Organize and facilitate training sessions for clients on equipment operation and maintenance to ensure they are well-prepared to use the systems provided
