Responsibilities

Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets for communications initiatives. Recommend and implement new policies and procedures to enhance program management
Serve as the operational liaison between communications and other functions (such as Marketing, Digital, Clinical, R&D, and Design), influencing and negotiating objectives and execution plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners
Track, analyze, and report on the impact and ROI of communications campaigns. Leverage advanced data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations, continuously improving content effectiveness and the overall communications strategy
Develop, refine, and scale operational processes, SOPs, and workflows for content creation, review, and distribution to improve efficiency and quality. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, introducing innovative practices and technologies
Own and maintain the master content calendar, ensuring all projects that fall within communications are planned, approved, and published on schedule and are aligned to other programs, such as Marketing
Establish process to manage first-cases that can be leveraged for PR opportunities. Interface with cross-functional partners to gather appropriate information needed to ensure all Altaviva patients who express interest in internal and external communications opportunities are managed appropriately. (multiple stakeholders across Marketing, PR, and Sales)
Operate independently with a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifying opportunities and implementing solutions that have a broad and lasting impact across the organization
Engage at the highest levels of the organization, managing up to senior leaders and collaborating across teams to influence outcomes, negotiate priorities, and resolve complex challenges. Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal understanding, fostering consensus and driving initiatives forward

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Preferred

Broad management experience leading project teams in multiple job areas
Mastery of communications, digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics
Advanced organizational, project management, and leadership skills
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Comfortable engaging with executive leadership and managing up
Experience in developing and managing operational processes and strategic programs
Offers strategic insights and recommendations to support diverse stakeholder needs
Understands stakeholder roles and resource alignment within project teams
Ability to travel occasionally for strategic business engagements as needed
