Responsibilities
Efficiently pick orders with a high degree of accuracy, meeting daily pick rate expectations
Pack and ship orders according to standard operating procedures
Communicate in fulfillment channels (e.g. Slack, ShipStation, NetSuite, etc.) regarding orders, errors, or inventory discrepancies
Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all safety protocols
Assist in cycle counts, replenishment, and product staging as needed
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet department goals and deadlines
Take on special projects or additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volume
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. and walk/stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and time management
Clear and professional written communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping role preferred
