This internship provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other avenues.

Responsibilities
Be an important part of the Human Resources team, supporting the full employee life cycle
Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience
Qualification
Required
Currently a college student enrolled in an Human Resources, Business, or related program
