Customer Account Specialist
SoTalent is a leading retail and financial services provider, and they are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join their team. The role involves managing customer accounts, connecting with clients regarding lease renewals, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts by keeping information up to date and documenting payment schedules
Connect with clients regarding lease renewals through phone outreach and home visits
Highlight the benefits of timely payments and build strong client relationships
Partner with the Account Manager to achieve revenue and renewal targets
Support merchandise returns, deliveries, and quality assurance checks
Maintain vehicle logs, safely transport products, and ensure proper handling of merchandise
Collaborate with the sales team and assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to meet DOT certification requirements where applicable
Flexible availability between 8 AM and 9 PM
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with equipment
Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and high energy
Ability to multitask effectively and maintain brand standards
Proficiency with computer applications and proper
Preferred
Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
