Omni Account Manager
Team Direct is seeking an Omni Account Manager to support and grow brand performance across Walmart’s omnichannel ecosystem. This role involves leading sales strategies, integrating in-store execution with digital initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance performance on Walmart.com.
Responsibilities
Lead omnichannel sales strategy across Walmart stores and digital platforms
Integrate in-store execution—including assortment, modular resets, shelving, feature placement, and promotions—with digital initiatives to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience
Own Walmart.com performance including content, search, assortment, and availability
Identify and activate high-impact Walmart.com promotional moments
Collaborate with media and marketing teams to drive digital storytelling and conversion
Serve as the senior point of contact for Walmart merchants and internal partners
Translate in-store and digital performance into clear, actionable insights
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of Walmart account management, sales, or e-commerce experience
Strong Understanding of Walmart in-store operations and Walmart.com ecosystem
Proven Success developing and delivering omni channel strategies that drive growth
Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data
Clear communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills
