Responsibilities
Manage multiple software implementation projects at the same time
Work closely with customers, internal teams, and technical partners
Help configure software workflows to match client needs
Coordinate system integrations and data connections between platforms
Translate technical details into clear, easy-to-understand explanations
Keep projects on track through planning, execution, and go-live
Ensure a smooth transition to post-launch support
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience managing projects in a SaaS or software implementation environment
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks Online)
Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations (hands-on experience is a plus)
Experience using project or ticketing tools like Jira, Wrike, Salesforce, or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting finance or accounting-related software
Exposure to technical scoping or pre-sales support
Bilingual skills (Spanish or French preferred, but not required)
