Responsibilities

Senior Cloud Database Engineer will help strengthen the culture of innovation further by setting examples

As a Senior Cloud Database Engineer, you will maintain a high level of integrity

Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
10+ years in developing and solutioning using RDBMS development and procedural language
5+ years of solutioning and development with ETL technologies
5+ years of data modelling on OLTP and data warehouse
5+ years of Data Warehouse and Reporting and Analytics platforms like Snowflake
Experience in AWS Cloud environments (DMS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Glue with Scala or Python, RDS like Oracle and PostgreSQL, etc.)
Strong experience developing in an Agile team setting (Kanban and/or SCRUM)
Experience working in a DevOps and CI/CD environment
Strong understanding of API development experience with large scale, highly available Enterprise class platforms
Knowledge of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB
Containerization and Orchestration technologies
Application web server technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
Passion and intellectually curious to learn new technologies and business areas
Ability to think out of box and design end-to-end solutions
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
2+ years of Java development experience preferred
2+ years of microservices architecture & development preferred
