Manage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigation support
Serve as a primary client contact and provide regular updates
Coordinate medical treatment, records, billing, and liens
Work closely with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently
Track deadlines and maintain organized, litigation-ready files
Qualification
Required
Plaintiff-side Personal Injury case management experience required
Experience must be broad — single-specialty backgrounds (e.g., asbestos only) will not be considered
Hands-on experience with motor vehicle accidents
Hands-on experience with premises liability / slip and fall
Hands-on experience with other common personal injury matters
