Responsibilities
Execute and manage the weekly Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) models for designated product lines and geographical regions, primarily leveraging the advanced optimization capabilities of the LIM.Optim tool. This includes ensuring data accuracy, model integrity, and timely generation of actionable S&OE plans
Serve as a key analytical partner to Supply Chain Managers, actively supporting their efforts in the development, maintenance, and ongoing execution of the S&OE plan. Proactively solicit, integrate, and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve model parameters, assumptions, and resultant plan accuracy and effectiveness
Design, build, and execute complex scenario models to evaluate potential changes, disruptions, or investments within the supply chain network. Specifically, this involves assessing trade-offs between critical operational objectives, such as evaluating the efficiency (e.g., cost optimization, utilization rates) versus the resilience (e.g., inventory buffers, alternative sourcing, risk mitigation) of various supply chain configurations and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership
Take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain planning and analytics function. This includes comprehensively mapping and documenting current operational and analytical workflows, rigorously identifying inherent inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual processes. Based on this analysis, propose, develop, and lead the implementation of automated solutions and new best practices to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability of planning operations
